“Solution to this problem should sought through diplomatic way,” said Mr. Abildayev, “We are interested in peaceful solution to this problem.”
On the possibility of use of force for resolving this problem, Kazakh diplomat noted, “Everything may happen.” “It does not depend on use,” said Kazakh Ambassador, “We are concerned over the possibility that events may take such a turning; however, we hope it does not happen.”
