DUSHANBE, August 15, Asia-Plus - Tajikistan and India are able to expand their relations in the interest of the peoples of the two countries and providing security and stability in Central and South Asia, a telegram of congratulations sent by Emomali Rahmonov to his Indian counterpart, President APJ Abdul Kalam on occasion of the 59 th anniversary of India’s Independence says.
According to presidential press service, in his telegram, President Rahmonov hailed expansion and strengthening of friendly relations between the two countries and expressed readiness for further expansion of these relations.
