DUSHANBE, August 29, Asia-Plus -- A four-day master-class for Tajik journalists on geopolitical aspects of development of Central Asia, inter-ethnic conflicts and balanced coverage of them in media, freedom of speech and development of media organizations in Tajikistan, as well as fight against terrorism in Central Asia opened in Dushanbe today.
International experts and local media experts are conducting this master-class being held within the framework of the “Tajikistan-Afghanistan: Bridges of Friendship.” Fourteen journalists from various regions of Tajikistan are participating in the master-class’ work.
The Independent School of Journalism “Tajikistan – 21 st Century” has arranged this master-class under support of the National Endowment for Democracy (NED).
