DUSHANBE, October 12, Asia-Plus - Three of five closed websites have been unblocked.
A source at the State Communication Inspectorate (SCI) said that three website, including www.centrasia.ru , www.ferghana.ru and www.arianastorm , have become available again, while two others – www.charoghiruz.ru and www.TajikistanTimes.ru - still remain blocked.
According to him, the official cutoff has drawn formal complaints. "We have received many complaints from NGOs and international organizations non-government al Many complaints were sent to us from nongovernmental organizations and international organizations," said the source, “In this connection the minister ordered to reopen thee of those blocked websites.”

The source said filtration process is under way and other sites carrying critical materials could also be blocked.
