DUSHANBE, October 25, Asia-Plus - the issue of the completion of constructing the Roghun power plant in Tajikistan has been withdrawn from the agenda of the ninth session of Tajik-Russian commission fro economic and trade cooperation that will be held in Moscow, Larisa Kislyakova, Deputy Minister of Economy and Trade, said.
According to her, the issue has been withdrawn at the request of the Tajik side. “This issue will be considered at the higher governmental level,” Kislyakova said.
According to the Ministry of Economy and Trade, the Tajik side is currently considering the feasibility study conducted for the completion of constructing the Roghun plant by Germany’s Lehmeyer International.
