DUSHANBE, May 18, Asia-Plus -- To prevent traffic accidents, traffic police in Dushanbe has launched 10-day operation dubbed “Bus.” The action was launched on May 15 and will last till May 25.
Abdullo Munavvrov, a spokesman for the Tajik traffic police directorate, said that during the action traffic police officers have held meetings with drivers of all organizations and enterprises.
A special attention is paid to technical state of the passenger transport in the city, the spokesman said.
We will recall that on May 15, Tajik traffic police also launched a 15-day dubbed “Children” to prevent traffic accidents involving children.
