DUSHANBE, June 2, Asia-Plus -- The eighth session of the joint commission of member nations of the agreement on cooperation in combating illegal migration will be held in Minsk, Belarus from June 3-4.
Ms. Mari Gutsalo, a spokeswoman for the CIS Executive Committee, told Asia-Plus on Monday that the session will consider a list of persons barred from entering CIS states as well as issues related to improvement of system of control of arrival and staying of foreign citizens.
According to her, the session participants will also discuss a progress of implementation of main events to ensure implementation of the concept of further development of the CIS and the declaration on concerted migration policy.
The will also consider issues of organization of training for specialists and exchange views on the labor migration problems.
Besides, the session plans to consider methodology of identifying foreign citizens and persons without citizenship, who are detained by competent organs without documents, Ms Gutsalo said.
