DUSHANBE, April 2, 2010, Asia-Plus – On Thursday April1, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon who is on a state visit to Singapore met Singapore Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong, Channel Asia News reported.
Over lunch, the two leaders affirmed the friendly ties between both countries, and discussed ways to increase cooperation.
They also discussed regional and international developments.
Earlier, President Rahmon met Foreign Minister George Yeo.
He later visited the Botanic Gardens where an orchid was named after him.
