DUSHANBE, April 22, 2011, Asia-Plus -- Kazakhstan has reportedly permitted limited export of light distillates to Tajikistan.
Kazakh media outlets report that by decree of April 7 Kazakh government permitted export of 10,000 tons of light distillates to Tajikistan.
According to Interfax-Kazakhstan, Kazakh government has permitted to export 165,000 tons of oil products until May 1. To-date, 155,000 tons of Kazakh oil products have been delivered to Afghanistan and Kyrgyzstan.
Petroleum products are usually grouped into three categories: light distillates (LPG, gasoline, naphtha), middle distillates (kerosene, diesel), heavy distillates and residuum (heavy fuel oil, lubricating oils, wax, asphalt).
