Tajikistan to increase benchmark rate for fines, taxes, and payments starting January 1, 2026

The benchmark rate serves as the foundation for a wide range of financial calculations.According to the recently approved State Budget Law for 2026, Tajikistan will raise its official benchmark calculation index from 75.00 somonis to 78.00 somonis starting January 1, 2026. This rate is used to determine fines, taxes, duties, and state benefits.
