DUSHANBE, March 27, Asia-Plus - Fragments (head, left hand and a part of right hand) of dismembered body of man were discovered at the fence of Botanical Gardens in Dushanbe last Saturday, March 24, according to the Dushanbe police directorate.
The source at the Dushanbe police directorate said that forensic medical examination had established that the man had been killed 6-7 days before his dismembered body was discovered. “The dismembered man has not yet been identified,” the source said, noting that a prosecutor’s office in the Ismoili Somoni district is investigating the case.
On the criminal situation in the capital city, the source said some 60 crimes were officially registered in Dushanbe over the last week.
