DUSHANBE, May 8, 2009, Asia-Plus -- Torrential rain on May 8 caused a mudslide that damaged the Druzhba Narodov Street in eastern part of Dushanbe.
The Committee for Emergency Situations (CES) says that according to the preliminary data, the mudslide partially damaged several residential buildings on this street. Representatives form CES and Tsentrospas (CES’ rescue team) are currently working at the mudslide side.
