DUSHANBE, September 10, 2015, Asia-Plus – A mild earthquake measuring 2.0-3.0 jolted the Tajik capital, Dushanbe, today morning at 2:03 am, according to the Geophysics Service of the Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan.
The tremor, centered in Afghan territory, could be felt in some other regions of Tajikistan as well, a source said.
In the epicenter, 285 kilometers southeast of Dushanbe, the Geophysics Service cited the magnitude as up to 4.0.
