Dushanbe, March 16, Asia-Plus - Tajikistan ’s Supreme Court has sentenced the 33-year-old resident of Tursunzoda Bahodur Qaraqulov.  He has faced charge of attempting to rape his five-year daughter.   

According to information from the Supreme Court, the incident took place on December 2, 2005 . 

Mahmadullo Yusupov, a spokesman for the Supreme Court, says that during stroll Bahodur Qaraqulov being in a state of intoxication brought his daughter to the yard of School No 86, where he tried to commit this evil deed.  According to him, a group of young people who where passing by heard her cries and called police.
