QURGHON TEPPA, March 5, Asia-Plus -- A city prosecutor’s office in Norak has instituted criminal proceedings against several officials with one of jamoats in Norak, who are accused of illegally allotting lands for housing.
Bakhtiyor Valiyev, an aide to the Norak prosecutor, told Asia-Plus that they had falsified documents to illegally allot totaling 2.33 hectares for housing to 27 local residents.
An investigation is under way; the officials face charge of service forgery, the aide said.
