DUSHANBE, October 4, Asia-Plus - By mayor’s resolution the construction of two half-finished residential buildings – 36-apartment building in the Nemat Qaraboyev Street and 120-apartment building, housing trading center, in the Abuali Sino Street – will continue with attraction of funds of local entrepreneurs. 

Under this resolution the Dushanbe capital construction department orders for completion of the construction of these residential buildings and the entrepreneurs will fund the construction.  The entrepreneurs investing in the construction of these residential buildings will have the right to realize the apartments.  

The Dushanbe capital construction department and the city’s antimonopoly and property management agencies are to determine costs of the apartments and the trading center and submit them for confirmation of the city chairman.   The Dushanbe finance department is to control coming of investors’ funds to a special account of the mayor’s office.
