DUSHANBE, October 26, Asia-Plus -- The construction of a residential complex in the Saadi Sherozi Street in Dushanbe is officially beginning today.
Shavkat Saidov, a spokesman for the Dushanbe mayor, said that the Iranian construction company Soft Technique International is building the complex, which includes three 16-story residential blocs.
Dushanbe Mayor Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloyev and visiting Khurasan Governor Muhammad Javid Muhammad Reza and other Iranian officials are attending a groundbreaking ceremony for the complex.
