DUSHANBE, October 14, 2010, Asia-Plus -- Open parliamentary hearings on the results of implementation of the national budget over the first nine months of this year will take place at the Majlisi Namoyandagon (Tajikistan’s lower chamber of parliament) on October 22.
Muhammadato Sultonov, a spokesman for the Majlisi Namoyandagon, says heads of the key ministries of the economic block will be invited to attend the parliamentary hearings.
Targeted use of budgetary funds, an opportune payment of wages, pensions and allowances wage payment as well as the results of activities of tax and customs services will be a major topic of the meeting, Sultonov said.
