DUSHANBE, April 1 2013, Asia-Plus -- The board (Shuro) of Tajikistan’s lower house (Majlisi Namoyandagon) of parliament considered a draft procedure code of administrative offences at an April1 meeting, presided over by its head, Shukurjon Zuhurov.
Muhammadato Sultonov, a spokesman for the Majlisi Namoyandagon, says the procedure code of administrative offences has been worked out on the basis of the country’s administrative code (Articles 3 and 4).
The procedure code of administrative offences reportedly extends the sphere of activities of relevant bodies and authorized persons.
The board also considered amendments proposed the country’s administrative code and the law on international agreements.
The board members also discussed issues related to ratification of a number of loan and grant agreements concluded between the Tajik government and international financial institutions, Sultonov said.
