DUSHANBE, October 23, 2014, Asia-Plus -- Parliament hearings over the 2014 budget administration process will take place on October 24
“The hearings have been initiated by the Majlisi Namoyandagon (Tajikistan’s lower chamber of parliament) Committee on Economy and Finance and economic bloc ministries will report to the parliament on the process of implementation of the country’s law on the national budget for 2014,” Muhammadato Sultonov, a spokesman for the Majlisi Namoyandagon, told Asia-Plus in an interview.
A special attention will be paid to the issues related to timely payment of wages, pensions and allowances, financing of construction of the strategically important facilities in energy, transport, social and agrarian sectors, Sultonov said.
