DUSHANBE, November 5, 2011, Asia-Plus -- The next 12th session of heads of the CIS security and intelligence services will take place in Dushanbe from November 9-11, the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) public relations center reports.
The meeting participants are expected to discuss topical issues related to bilateral and multilateral cooperation as well as priorities of partnership between the security and intelligence services of the CIS member nations.
The main objective of the meeting is in promoting improvement of fight against external challenges and threats of international terrorism, religious and political extremism as well as other illegal phenomena, the source said.
