DUSHANBE, July 9, 2013, Asia-Plus -- An operation carried out by officers from the Interior Ministry’s office in the Qumsangir district, Khatlon province have led to the arrest of two Afghan drug traffickers, the Interior Ministry’s website reported on July 9.
More than 33 kilograms of hashish as well hunting gun K-16 with four bullets and the Kalashnikov assault rifle magazine containing four bullets were confiscated from them.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted against the detained drug traffickers and an investigation is under way.
