DUSHANBE, September 13, 2011, Asia-Plus -- A book entitled “Tablecloth of Embassies” containing recipes of preparation of national dishes of a number of countries has been published in Japan, the Tajik MFA information department said.
The book reportedly contains recipes of national dishes provided by the embassies of 45 countries of the world, including Tajikistan.
“Two pages of this book are dedicated to preparation of Tajik national dishes,” said the source, “The recipes have been provided by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Tajikistan to Japan Ghulomjon Boboyev.”
Earlier, a Japanese televisions station, Fuji Television, had demonstrated a program about Tajikistan and Tajik national dishes during five days, he added.
