KULOB, December 26, 2011, Asia-Plus  -- 146 new facilities, including eight industrial enterprises, seven educational facilities and nine medical facilities, have been built in the city of Kulob this year, the Kulob chief architect Ozodi Hasanov told Asia-Plus on Monday.

“Besides, eleven administrative buildings have been built in the city this year,” Hasanov said, noting that 1,677 residential buildings are currently being constructed in the city.

As far as the Kulob district is concerned, 289,087 hectares have been allotted for housing in the district this year.  1,950 individual houses are being built in the district.
