Starting from today deputies of the Dushanbe Mayor Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloev will carry out regular meetings with the Dushanbe population. Related resolution was signed on Monday by the Dushanbe Mayor.

Dushanbe officials will meet with local citizens every week from Monday to Thursday, a spokesman for the Dushanbe Mayor’s Office Shavkat Saidov told AP. Meetings will continue till October 30.

Meetings will also be attended by heads of Dushanbe regions, heads of departments of the Dushanbe Mayor’s Office, law enforcement and other officials.

According to Saidov, the initiative is aimed to deal with current local problems. Local khukumats will inform residents of Dushanbe regions about time and venue of such meetings.
