Tajik Supreme court left the verdict passed by the Sughd regional court against five residents of Isfara who were found guilty of killing a 34-year-old Sodik Ashurov, Deputy Head of the Military and Registration Department of Chorkuh Jamoat of Isfara region, unchanged.
In March this year five residents of Hoja-Alo village of Chorkuh Jamoat of Isfara region, 22-year-old D.F., N.S., E.S., M.U., and 26-year-old R.H. were sentenced from 12 to 14 years in jail.
