KHUJAND, January 4, 2014, Asia-Plus -- A new urban-type settlement will spring up in Sughd province.
The new settlement will be built not far from the city of Khujand, the capital of Sughd province.
According to the Sughd regional administration, 3,900 hectares have been allotted for construction of this urban-type settlement.
The final settlement planning design is expected to be worked out and submitted for consideration in three months.
