The European Union EU Delegation to Tajikistan has published a new Call for Proposals for Civil Society Organizations for actions that support promotion and protection of human rights, democracy and fundamental freedoms.
The EU Delegation to Tajikistan says that in this Call for Proposals, the European Union will allocate a total of 800 000 EUR. Applicants reportedly may request a grant between 160,000 EUR and 300,000 EUR.
The organizations not established in Tajikistan that apply need to act with at least two local organizations established in Tajikistan, as well as provide their own contribution for the proposed project corresponding to the percentage indicated in the call guidelines.
Applicants established in Tajikistan must apply for grant with at least one partner organization established in Tajikistan, as well as provide their own contribution for the proposed project corresponding to the percentage indicated in the call guidelines.
Following a standardized competitive and transparent evaluation process, the selected projects are expected to start operating after the signature of grant agreement and run for a period not lower than 24 months and not exceeding 36 months. The deadline to submit the concept notes is June 30, 2022 at 5:00 pm (Brussels time).

To help applicants familiarize themselves with the system before the online submission, an information session will be organized on May 30, 2022, at 2:00 pm Dushanbe time in the premises of the EU Delegation to Tajikistan, Dushanbe, 74 Adhamov street.
The information session will be streamed online on the social media pages of the EU Delegation to Tajikistan.
