RESPONSIBILITES:
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents for senior staff. Schedules and attends meetings, taking notes and recording minutes
Greeting and assist visitors
Other admin tasks as assigned by staff
EDUCATION:
University Degree
EXPERIENCE:
Must have one year working experience in an office
LANGUAGE:
We give priority to knowledge of English
Also:
(Good working knowledge) in Speaking/Reading/Writing of / Tajik/Russian/ is required.

Translate official documents, correspondences, and other written materials from English/Tajik/Arabic/Russian and vice versa
Provide simultaneous consecutive interpretation during meeting, conferences and official events
Assist with the preparatory reports, briefs and other official documents
Support staff with other language related tasks as needed
SKILLS:
The ability to grasp new concepts quickly
A clear writing style with an impeccable knowledge of spelling and grammar
Attention to detail
Fluency in required languages
IT skills
