DUSHANBE, April 14, Asia-Plus -- Regular demonstration of movies in the “Kokhi Jomi” Complex in Dushanbe will begin in May, Asadullo Rahmonov, Chairman of the Committee for TV and Radio-broadcasting, told journalists on April 13.  

According to him, movies will be demonstrated twice a week.  “Best movies that are demonstrated in Russia and Kazakhstan will be demonstrated in “Kokhi Jomi,” Asadullo Rahmonov said.   

Asadullo Rahmonov also noted that at present Tajik film makers are shooting two films at the Tajik Film Studio: “Shamsiddin Shohin” dedicated to the 2700 th anniversary of Kulob and 12-part film entitled “Muhabbati, Ki Kase Intizorash Nabud” (The Love Nobody Expected It)

“Besides, we have purchased necessary equipment for shooting and mounting animated films,” he said, adding that the Committee also plans to refurbish all cinemas in the republic.
