QURGHON TEPPA, May 31, Asia-Plus - The Khatlon tax service has imposed fines of a total of 90,000 Somonis on local enterprises and farming units for not satisfying requirements of tax legislation since the beginning of the year, the Khatlon tax police directorate chief Sabzali Odinayev said.
According to him, inspections by the regional tax police directorate have revealed and restored shortages of funds of a total of 654,000 Somonis at enterprises and farming units in the region. Odinayev says the regional tax police directorate has drawn up 82 protocols for a total amount of 17,720 Somonis for realization of goods without paying excise duties and confiscated 342.1 liters of alcohol drinks and more than 1,000 boxes of cigarettes.
