DUSHANBE, April 14, Asia-Plus - Two dead bodies (deputy chief of the transportation police directorate for Dushanbe airport Fayziddin Jamirov and his brother-in-law) were found in the village of Jimteppa in the Rudaki district, some 15 kilometers of Dushanbe, Wednesday [April 12] evening, according to information from the Ministry of Interior.
Khudoinazar Asoyev, chief spokesman for the interior ministry, has told Asia-Plus that both of them were shot from pistol “Makarov”. An operational team has been set up to investigate into the matter, according to Asoyev. “Investigator are currently considering several version of these killings,” the interior ministry spokesman said.
In the meantime, according to unofficial sources, Jamirov shot his brother-in-law (his wife’s brother) following the quarrel. After that the police officer allegedly wrote dying message and shot himself.
