QURGHON TEPPA, April 16, Asia-Plus  -- A car VAZ-2106 blew up outside the building of the Khatlon police directorate yesterday afternoon, Asia-Plus ahs learned from Khatlon traffic police press service. 

Speaking in an interview with Asia-Plus, Saidumar Mirakov, a spokesman for the Khatlon traffic police, said that the car belonged to local resident Sadrididn Qurbonov and that he incident had been an unfortunate accident. 

The explosion was caused by a propane leak in the car and no injured was reported, according to him.
