According to the anticorruption agency’s office in Sughd, he has been caught red-handed while taking 2,000 U.S. dollars from local resident Sh. M. for lessening punishment for his son, who faces charge of fraud.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted against T.L. under the provisions of Article 247 (3) of Tajikistan’s Penal Code – large-scale fraud; an investigation is under way.
