On Wednesday February 12, Ambassador of Tajikistan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Zarobiddin Qosimi met with the Saudi Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz.
According to the Tajik MFA information department, the parties discussed issues related to collaboration between the two countries in combating crime, especially transnational organized crime, terrorism and extremism.
Recalling the Prince's visit to Tajikistan in the fall of 2018, the sides expressed their confidence that cooperation between the relevant authorities of the two countries will be expanded.
Meanwhile, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) says Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Minister of the Interior, on February received the Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Kingdom Muhamed Jusufspahic, the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Kingdom Zarobiddin Qosimi and the Ambassador of Gambia to the Kingdom Omar Gabriel Sala.
During the receptions, a number of topics of common concern were reportedly discussed.
The receptions were attended by a number of officials, according to SPA.
