A prize winner of one of nominations of the Khatlon regional contest “Furughi Subhi Donoi Kitob Ast” (Knowledge Is a Shine of Dawn) died of pneumonia.

An 8th grade student from Yovon Secondary School No 13, Zamira Muhammadsafar, died of pneumonia on November 16.

Zamira was a person with disabilities, however, despite this she was an active girl.  She finished first in the “Children’s Literature” nomination of the “Furughi Subhi Donoi Kitob Ast” contest at the district stage and finished third it at the regional stage and got a chance to participate at the republican stage of the contest

But fate decided in its own way.  “Zamira got pneumonia several days ago and died on November 16,” a source within the Yovon education department told Asia-Plus today morning.
